Parker Dalton
Customer Service Manager
Parker is from a small town called Steubenville, Ohio. He is a graduate of Cedarville University receiving a degree in Sport Business Management & Biblical Studies. Parker has a background in event planning and management. He has an eye for striving towards excellence and a heart for serving others. Parker’s desire for excellent customer service will assist us in achieving our mission of transforming Dayton, one home at a time.
Ethan Foulkes
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Ethan has a history of leading highly successful teams and creating a proactive, hard-working company culture. Ethan works with technology development to improve/create innovative solutions and strategies to assist in achieving our goals as an organization.
Ryan Ingram
Vice President
Ryan is a Christian, Husband, and Father of 5 (for now). He moved his family to Dayton in 2017, and fell in love with the community. He plans on spending the rest of his life doing his part to improve the community. So far, he is doing this by restoring distressed homes in order to provide above average housing at an average cost.
Wil Ingram
President
Wil is a Christian, Husband, and Father of 3 children. He attended the United States Naval Academy and subsequently served in the Navy. He moved to Dayton in 2022 to pursue his passion of restoring distressed properties.
